Our Expansive Residences measure from 1,345 square feet (One Bedroom), 2,200 square feet (Two Bedroom) and up to 3,200 square feet for our Three Bedroom Residences.

Offering the best views from their hillside positioning, our Penthouse Residences offer an experience of luxury at its finest. There is plenty of room to cater for families and groups in our Penthouses or, if you prefer, enjoy the space and luxury between just two of you.
With commanding views of Marigot Bay, Penthouse Residences with plunge pools, feature 1,345 square feet in our One-Bedroom, 2,200 square feet in our Two-Bedroom, and 3,200 square feet in our Three-Bedroom Residences.
