Our swim-up pool bar is positioned on the edge of the upper-level pool and is perfect for those who want to relax in the water and sip on cocktails at the same time. From fine champagne to refreshing rum punch, we serve everything you could possibly want to help you enjoy a sunny Caribbean day by the pool.

Brut Bar is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon snack of freshly made sushi. Along with its sushi offering, our poolside Bar also offers seafood dishes, salads, burgers and sandwiches. Relax in your cabana as you take in the stunning views of the bay and wait for your order to arrive.
Kick back, relax and take it easy watching the mega yachts float in and out of the marina, whilst enjoying your beverage of choice at the newly renovated Hurricane Hole Bar & Restaurant. Grill Lounge Bar

Adjacent to the Grill restaurant, the Grill Lounge Bar is relaxed yet refined. Situated above the Rum Cave lounge, providing clear views of the Marigot Bay and the Marina below. The open-air lounge and bar is the ideal setting for enjoying pre-dinner cocktails or relaxing after a meal.
At 12 o'clock noon, the afternoon sabering ritual is kicked off at the upper level pool with a rum barrel filled with coconuts. Our poolside attendants are also on hand to keep you topped up with tasty drinks and snacks throughout the day.
